All 7th & 8th Graders to High School Seniors
A LIFE TEEN RETREAT ON SUFFERING
Arrive at Parish Hall at 4:30-5:00 (Leaving promptly at 5:30pm)

Yes, we suffer when we stub our toe on the couch while walking through a dark room, but we know there are forms of pain that last much longer and run much deeper. Some people turn away from God, religion, or faith altogether as a result of it, but some people use the experience of suffering to draw closer to God. The weekend will be filled with faith discussion, small group community and growth, games, free time. They will have meal provided by the camp and will sleep in separate gender specific cabins.

We will have limited spots, if needed your teen will be added to a waitlist if there is a cancelation.

Assumption's LifeTeens will be selling Christmas wreaths for an annual fundraiser. Pre-orders are open from November 9 until December 1.

Fishing Trip
October 25, 2025
Highschool teens are invited to a day of fishing at Patagonia, Lake. We will be leaving at 6am on Saturday and return at 6pm. All fishing gear and licenses will be provided. Please bring water bottles, jackets, hats, and all other appropriate gear to be out in the sun and fish. (chairs and coolers are okay to bring). Lunch will be provided.

HOW: Leave together from ABVM Hall at 5pm, return later that evening at approx 10:30 pm
WHEN: Friday Sept, 19. Game Starts 6:40
Join the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Roman Catholic Dioceses of Phoenix and Tucson for the annual Catholic Night on Friday, September 19 at Chase Field. On this night of fellowship, the D-backs will host the Philadelphia Phillies. More details of the event to come!
